Naario multigrain atta has Chickpeas (chana), Flaxseeds, Oats, Ragi, Maize, Foxtail Millet (Jowar), Pearl Millet (Bajra), Barley (Jau) and Soybean. How to use: For roti/ paratha- add 250 gms of multigrain mix to 1 kg atta. This can be customized per your need. For chilla/ dosa - 1 cup multigrain mix atta + 1/4th normal atta + a hint of salt, masala and chopped vegetables. For baati- add equal quantity of multigrain mix and wheat atta. For Halwa: Dry roast I cup multigrain mix atta for 3-4 mins, add 2 tsp ghee, cook on medium to low flame for another 2 minutes. Separately, add ½ cup water and ½ cup sugar/jaggery powder + 1 cup of milk , elaichi pods and cook for 3-4 mins on medium flame. Then add dry fruits to the mix and let it cook for another 2 minutes till the stickiness goes away. INGREDIENTS & BENEFITS: Soybean is a good source of plant based protein.
